Racing along country roads and (1) through the cities of France each year, the best bicyclists in the world take part in the Tour de France.

The Tour de France is divided into different races for each day, called «stages». Each stage is also a different style of bicycle racing. Sometimes the terrain is flat, so the race is a sprint.
